Meet the speakers

ALEMKA DAUSKARDT  

Master of Psychology with diplomas from Europe and Australia and with many years of work experience in the field of counseling, family therapy and trauma. Alemka completed training as a Gestalt therapist, and in her work she relies on knowledge from many other therapeutic orientations and specialist training. 

Since 1996, when she first encountered constellations, she has undergone intensive training with Bert Hellinger and other leading experts in constellation work. Alemka continuously works to promote constellation work, especially in Croatia, through the association for systemic activity: "Constellation" of which she is the founder. 

Through translating constellation literature, spreading knowledge about constellations through the media, and organizing seminars with leading international leaders. She has also been leading constellations for years, through groups, individually and together with her husband Max. 

She educated generations of constellators, many of whom are now practicing this method themselves. She continues to lead educational and experiential programs live and online, in Croatia and other countries. 

She founded and sponsors the international Register of Constellations According To Hellinger.

EMILY WAYMIRE  

With extensive international training in Energy Medicine, multidimensional approaches, fine art, art therapies, Anthroposophy and Jungian approaches, Emily brings 35 years of 1:1 and group facilitation to her somatic teaching. 

She began intensive training with Bert Hellinger in 2002 and began organizing trainings in the U.S. with international experts in both Systemic Constellations and Advaita Vedanta.  With a focus on resolving inherited and collective trauma, she has helped thousands of clients spanning 28 countries. 

Emily’s lecture introducing Family Constellation Work is widely used by trainers and students around the world because of her unique ability to break down mysterious concepts into accessible terms. She created and oversees her VAST Methodology Trainings with a focus on ethical matrifocal leadership. She delivers this through her proprietary visual and somatic therapies grounded in Systemic Perception. 

Essential to her training process is her vibrant global community of both professional and lay people using Somatic Reclamation to balance their nervous system as close allies and restore resilience in dismantling the oppressions of patriarchy on the journey to Individuation.
